David Seguin is a seasoned entrepreneur and software industry veteran with a remarkable track record of success. His professional journey began in 1993 with the founding of FastLane Technologies Inc., a company that experienced substantial growth, amassing a team of over 300 employees across Canada, the United States, and Europe. This venture ultimately led to its acquisition by Quest Software in 2000 for $100 million USD.

After his tenure at Quest Software as Executive Vice President, David embarked on a new chapter, collaborating with his former executive team to revitalize businesses in need of transformation. This endeavor allowed him to reconnect with his technical roots, as he engaged in rescuing and restructuring privately held companies.

Throughout his extensive career, David has assumed numerous leadership roles, but his core passion for software and systems architecture has remained the driving force behind his professional pursuits. He has found great fulfillment in applying his technical expertise to overhaul the IT and operational frameworks of acquired companies, notably implementing and architecting software extensions for NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM systems that continue to be functional to this day.
